Sashi Obilisetty is an EDA technologist with extensive entrepreneurial experience and a technical leader with deep expertise across AI, cloud, and the full chip design lifecycle. Before launching her latest startup, she served as Executive Director of R&D at Synopsys. During her 15+ year tenure, her achievements included establishing a company‑wide AI organization that enabled AI capabilities across the entire product portfolio, leading R&D teams in front‑end verification and post‑silicon analytics, and most recently guiding the technical strategy for Synopsys’s multi‑billion‑dollar EDA business.

Radha is a co‑founder of CaretEDA, where she focuses on applying AI, cloud workflows, and open‑source tools to make chip design more efficient. Her work centers on simplifying complex engineering steps so teams can move from early concepts toward silicon with fewer bottlenecks.

Surajprakash brings 14 years of engineering experience to the team, with a focus on integrating practical AI capabilities into modern, high‑performance systems. He has led multiple projects from the ground up, giving him a strong startup mindset and the technical resilience that comes from building and operating his own venture.
